Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The kitchen set up was excellent. Having a washer and dryer was a big plus. The gym, while basic, was functional. The location was perfect, close to the train for easy travel around Sydney. However, I faced issues with housekeeping. The shower flooded the bathroom floor, which became quite slippery. There were no offers of assistance with my luggage, which was disappointing. I found the swimming pool too cold for comfort and the plumbing needed attention. Overall, it has good amenities, but some areas could use improvement.

The floors needed better cleaning. I noticed black dirt stuck to my socks. Additionally, the dishes were not clean before I used them.
